A variety of options are available for businesses, organisations and youth groups, which concentrate on teambuilding using the outdoors as the training environment.
Initiative Games are an excellent tool for encouraging students to think ‘outside the box’, work as part of a team and develop the strategies needed to solve problems.
The instructors use a variety of tools and techniques from their extensive experience in this area to challenge and develop each individual in the group.
The instructor’s aim is to help the students to think for themselves but if required they will offer hints. They will endeavour to make the activity challenging but attainable and of course fun.
